Initiating Water Service

Customers are required to come in person to the Utility Billing Office, located at the City Hall, in order to have a new service turned on.  The customer is required to have two (2) forms of identification (i.e., driver's license and social security card).  A service application is completed after which a deposit is required for all active meters.  Once this has all been done the Utility Billing Office will schedule a connect time with the customer, between 8:30 AM-11:30 AM and 1:30 PM-4:30 PM.   Customer must be present for connection to be made.
