Late or Non-Payment

Bills go out at the very end of each month.  All bills are due by the 10th day of each month.  Any bill received after the 10th of the month will be assessed a 10% penalty.  The customer has until the 25th of the month to make payment after which a $25.00 non-pay fee is added, after the 25th, and the customer is subject to being disconnected for non-payment.
